Membership

How do I become a member?

In our webshop you will be able to buy a membership! A membership lasts from the point you buy it until the end of the school year (31st of July)!

Could I check out an event before becoming a member?

Yes! If you are thinking about becoming a member feel free to join a event to check if we are a fit for you!

At Events

What do we have at our gaming events?

We have acces to 5 Nintendo Switches, 3 Playstation 5s, a VR, a WII and a playstation 3! Besides that feel free to bring your own gaming consoles or equipment!

Is there food and drinks at the events?

Most of our events we have snacks and we always have acces to water!

E-sports and competition

What E-sports can i join through the Boosted Gryffins?

As a dutch student gaming association we get acces to all the Dutch Student League tournaments! They host a big Rocket League competition with a pricepool of 1000 euros, and a League of Legends competition with a pricepool of 1500 euros! These tournaments only one team can join, but there is also the tournament series and the DCES. Both of these organize big and smaller tournaments with pricepools where anyone is able to join!

How do i join an E-Sports team?

To join any of our (semi-)Competitive teams you just need to stay in touch with our whatsapp announcement chat! Everytime we are looking for players and teams we will send a message in there including the requirements!

Can i take part in E-Sports when i'm not extremely good?

The Dutch student league offers a lot of tournaments ranging from super competitive to really casual! So don't be afraid to join in if you're a hardstuck iron IV Yasuo OTP.
